Grande Mosquée

Rosso's main mosque is the most prominent building in the town centre, its minaret visible from most of the flat, low-rise streets around it. It serves the town's largely Muslim population and is busy at prayer times, when the surrounding streets quieten. Non-Muslim visitors should observe from outside and dress modestly. It is not a tourist sight in any formal sense — just a central, calm landmark in a town that has few.
