Tour of the Falls

Spray-soaked gorge rim walk past the thundering falls

The walk through the rainforest along the gorge rim — taking in the falls, the spray-drenched forest, and the Livingstone Statue — can be done independently or with a guided tour. An entrance fee is charged at the gate. Raincoats and umbrellas can be hired at the car park opposite the entrance.

On full-moon nights, moonlight viewing is available; liaise with the officers at the gate for times and dates. Numbers are limited and the group often leaves earlier than advertised, so arrive at least half an hour before the stated departure time.
