Cheoc Van is the smaller and calmer of Coloane's two main beaches. The sand is lighter than at Hac Sa, the bay has a marked swimming area, and the beach sits beside a public pool, making it one of Macau's easier places for a quiet swim or a slow afternoon by the water.
