Lu Wang's Tomb, also known as the Mausoleum of King Lu, is one of Xinxiang's stronger historical excursions. The site preserves the formal language of a Ming royal burial ground: walls, axial approaches, ceremonial stonework, and the sense of hierarchy built into the landscape.
It is well outside the casual city-centre wander, so go only if you are interested in imperial tomb architecture or have a driver for the day. For that kind of traveler, it adds useful depth to a Xinxiang itinerary otherwise dominated by museums and mountain day trips.
