Mani Mandir

Morbi's surviving royal palace blending European and Indian styles

The former palace of the Morbi kings, also known as the Willingdon Secretariat, is the finest surviving monument in a city that lost most of its heritage to the 1979 flood. The building blends European and Indian architectural styles in the manner favoured by the Jadeja rulers. The grounds include Victoria Garden, a pleasant public park immediately opposite.
