Hakuba 47 is the valley's freestyle-minded ski area, with terrain parks, tree runs, and a lift connection to Hakuba Goryu. It is a good choice when a group has mixed levels but still wants more than gentle beginner slopes.
The area usually has a long season by Hakuba standards, and the park culture gives it a different mood from Happo-one's Olympic seriousness.
