Midorigaoka Park is Obihiro's main green space near the centre. It has lawns, wooded paths, ponds, and cultural stops around its edges, including the Hokkaido Obihiro Museum of Art.
It is not a blockbuster sight, but it is useful if you have a few hours between food stops or want to see how local life settles into the city.
