Mikobata Ore Processing Site is the ghostly industrial counterpart to Ikuno Silver Mine. The stepped concrete remains climb the hillside where ore from the mines was once sorted and processed.
At its peak it was one of Asia's largest ore-processing sites. Now it is an open historic park, stark and photogenic, with enough scale to make the old mining economy feel real.
