Shirai Omachi Wisteria Park is a seasonal stop, usually open around late April and early May. Wisteria trellises ring a central pond, and carp streamers are hung nearby for Children's Day.
It is worth adding if your timing is right. Outside the bloom window, focus on Takeda and the mining sites instead.
