The Former Kushikino Port Lighthouse was built in 1951 and later retired from active navigation use. It has been kept as a small viewing spot rather than a working lighthouse.
It is a quick stop near the port, most useful for the coastal view and as a reminder of Ichikikushikino's maritime history.
