Yurigahama is the white sandbar that appears offshore from Okaneku Coast when the tide, wind, and season line up. Boats run out across the shallow water, and on a clear day the contrast of white sand and "Yoron blue" sea is the island's postcard view.
Check the appearance calendar before building a trip around it. When the sandbar is not exposed, the boat ride and reef colours can still be beautiful, but the famous walk-on-water effect depends on nature keeping its appointment.
