The Hiroshige Museum of Art gives Tendo a second reason to stop. Its collection focuses on ukiyo-e prints and related works by Utagawa Hiroshige, including the Tendo Hiroshige works connected with the local Oda clan.
This is not a large national museum, and it does not try to tell the whole story of ukiyo-e. It is better approached as a focused local collection, especially good if you want a quiet cultural stop between shogi and the onsen streets.
