Sanchez Peak is a hilltop hiking destination outside General Santos City, reached by local trails and rough access roads. The reward is the wide view over the city, Sarangani Bay, and the surrounding hills.
Go early for cooler weather and clearer light. It is a simple outdoors stop, but a worthwhile one if you want a break from the city and do not mind a short climb.
