Myeongdong Dakgalbi Street is the obvious place to eat Chuncheon's signature dish. Dakgalbi is chicken, cabbage, rice cakes and sweet potato fried in a spicy gochujang sauce on a hot plate in the middle of the table.
The alley is busy and not subtle, but that is part of the point. Order dakgalbi, add noodles or fried rice at the end, and do not wear your best white shirt.
