Incheon Chinatown is the city's most famous old-port district and the only official Chinatown in South Korea. It is closely tied to jajangmyeon, the black-bean noodle dish that became a Korean-Chinese staple.
The area is busy on weekends, but it is still the right place to start in Incheon. Restaurants, souvenir shops, Chinese schools, and the station-side gateway make it feel like a small city within the port.
