Woraksan Mountain is the hard-edged natural counterweight to Jecheon's lake sights. Its main peak, Yeongbong, rises above rocky ridges and forested slopes in Woraksan National Park.
This is not a casual city walk. Come prepared for proper mountain trails, seasonal weather, and transport planning, but keep it on the list if Jecheon's appeal for you is more ridge than reservoir.
