Eoreumgol, or Ice Valley, is a mountain valley in the Yeongnam Alps known for its unusually cold pockets of air. The oddity is simple but memorable: even in warmer months, ice can linger in places where you do not expect it.
The valley is also a good excuse to leave the town centre and see Miryang's wilder side. Trails and mountain scenery matter as much as the ice itself.
