Dongpirang climbs the hill just above Gangguan Harbour. Its alleys were saved from redevelopment by murals, and the area now mixes painted walls, small cafes, harbour views, and the ordinary tight lanes of an old port neighbourhood.
It is not a formal museum, so treat it as a walk rather than a checklist. The reward is the shift from fish-market noise below to rooftops, walls, and sea air above.
