Yi Sun-sin Park looks over the sea east of the city centre, with a large statue of the admiral, paths through the trees, and open views toward the waters where Tongyeong's naval history was made.
It is a good final stop after the busier harbour sights. The mood is quieter, the air is cleaner, and the coastline gives the history more force than any indoor display could.
