Charlie Beach, also called Hat Farang or Garnet Beach, is Ko Muk's west-coast beach. It is the practical side of the island for many travellers: sunset views, simple places to eat, and kayak access toward Emerald Cave.
The beach is not manicured, and that suits Ko Muk. Come for a swim in calm weather, then stay late enough to watch the sun drop behind the Andaman horizon.
