A narrow strip of white sand and turquoise water hidden in a cove south of Patong, walled off from the road by steep cliffs and jungle. Until a few years ago you could hike in down a sketchy path; that trail is now closed and the only access is by longtail boat from Patong's southern end, about a fifteen-minute crossing.
Boatmen will drop you in the morning and collect you in the late afternoon. There is a small beach bar selling drinks and grilled food, and a few sun loungers — but otherwise nothing. Bring water and reef-safe sunblock. Reasonably clear water for snorkelling at the rocky ends; the swell can be strong in the May-October monsoon.
