The Grist Mill and Gardens preserves an 1877 water-powered flour mill, one of the most appealing small heritage stops in the Similkameen Valley. The mill machinery, period buildings, and gardens give a clear picture of how grain was processed here before industrial milling took over.
It is a gentle stop rather than a major sight, but it works well if you are driving through the valley and want something more grounded than another quick roadside pause.
