Keremeos Columns Provincial Park

Keremeos Columns Provincial Park protects a hillside viewpoint over a cliff of tall basalt columns, an inland version of the hexagonal rock formations better known from places like the Giant's Causeway. The columns themselves are not open for climbing or close inspection, but the view is striking if you are already exploring the Similkameen Valley.

This is not a casual roadside stop. Reaching the viewpoint means a long hike, and route information is limited, so come prepared with a proper map, water, and enough daylight.
