sx̌ʷəx̌ʷnitkʷ Park, formerly Okanagan Falls Provincial Park, protects a small but important strip of riparian habitat where water leaves Skaha Lake. It is within the traditional territory of the Osoyoos Indian Band.
The park is compact, but birdlife makes it worth a slow walk. Watch for flycatchers, warblers, orioles, and bats around the trees and river edge.
