The SS Sicamous is a preserved Canadian Pacific sternwheeler pulled ashore at the north end of Penticton. Inside, the museum tells the story of lake travel, the Kettle Valley Railway, and the years when passengers and freight moved through the Okanagan by rail and steamer.
It is a compact visit, but a good one: the restored decks, cabins, dining room, and engine spaces make the region's transport history feel tangible.
