Twin Falls and Glacier Gulch are the easiest way to feel the wild country around Smithers without committing to a long hike. A short walk from the recreation site brings you to a view of twin waterfalls spilling from the Kathlyn Glacier area high above.
Go when the weather is clear enough to see the rock wall and upper ice. It is close to town, quick to reach, and still feels like a proper northern British Columbia landscape.
