The Dinosaur Discovery Gallery is the town's essential first stop. Run by the Tumbler Ridge Museum Foundation, it displays fossils and casts from northeastern British Columbia and explains why local trackway finds matter well beyond the town.
The gallery also helps visitors understand how to treat fossil sites in the field. Go before you hike to Flatbed Creek; the tracks are much more interesting when you know what you are looking at.
