The Historic Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Resurrection is Dauphin's best building. Built from 1936 to 1939, it rises with domes, towers, and Byzantine-influenced forms that make it visible as a landmark long before you reach the door.
Inside, the iconography and murals make the church more than a pretty exterior. Parks Canada recognises it as a national historic site because it expresses the confidence and memory of the Ukrainian block settlement that shaped the Dauphin area.
