Oshawa Museum

Local history museum in three 19th-century houses by Lake Ontario

Oshawa Museum sits in Lakeview Park near the shore of Lake Ontario. The museum is made up of three historic houses from the 1840s and 1850s, with exhibits on the families, work, and waterfront community that shaped early Oshawa.

Guided and self-guided tours are available. It is a good companion to Parkwood Estate and the Canadian Automotive Museum if you want a fuller picture of Oshawa beyond its industrial story.
