A stretch of Wellington Street west of the downtown that has become Ottawa's best eating neighbourhood. The mile or so between Holland Avenue and Island Park Drive is lined with independent restaurants, coffee roasters, wine bars, and the occasional bakery worth queuing for. It is unpretentious and walkable, the food is genuinely good, and prices are reasonable by capital-city standards. Westboro continues the same vibe a little further along.
