Spinnakers' Landing is deliberately built to feel like a small fishing village, with bright wooden shops clustered beside the marina. It is touristy, but in a useful PEI way: crafts, ice cream, casual food, and a place to sit by the harbour.
Come in summer, when the boardwalk has life. Outside the season, treat it more as part of a waterfront walk than a destination by itself.
