The Yorkton Brick Flour Mill is one of the clearest survivors of the town's early grain economy. Built around the turn of the 20th century, it used local brick and stood beside the rail-linked industrial world that made Yorkton matter to surrounding farms.
Restoration work has been turning the mill into a heritage and community site. Even from the outside, it gives the town a more tangible past than a list of settlement dates.
