Worthington Glacier lies in Thompson Pass, about 45 km north of Valdez on the Richardson Highway. It is one of Alaska's most accessible glaciers: you can park below the ice, follow a short path to the viewing area, and read the glacier's shape against the surrounding peaks.
Treat it with respect. The easy access can make the glacier feel tame, but ice, loose moraine, and sudden weather are real hazards. Stay on marked routes unless you have proper glacier experience.
