The Jerome Historical Society Mine Museum is small, central, and dense with local material. It covers the mines, fires, landslides, saloons, and people who made Jerome both rich and unstable.
It is a good stop after the state park if you want more detail without leaving downtown. The gift shop also helps support the historical society's preservation work.
