The Pimeria Alta Historical Museum occupies Nogales' former city hall, a 1914 building listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Its exhibits cover the Santa Cruz Valley, the border, ranching, mining, and the families who shaped the town.
It is the best first stop in Nogales because it gives the divided-city story some local texture before you walk downtown.
