The Quartzsite Sports, Vacation & RV Show is the big tent at the centre of the town's winter identity. It brings RV gear, outdoor equipment, vendors, food stands, and a crowd that is already camped all over the desert.
This is not elegant travel. It is dust, parking, generators, bargain tables, and people comparing solar panels and tow rigs. If that sounds grim, skip it. If it sounds like anthropology with snacks, Quartzsite is at its best.
