Craighead Forest Park is where Jonesboro gets outdoors. The park wraps around a small lake and spreads into wooded hills with walking, mountain-biking, fishing, disc golf, and picnic areas.
It is not wilderness, but it gives a useful taste of Crowley's Ridge without leaving town.
