Greenwich Point Park

Beach, walking trails, and old estate fragments on a Long Island Sound point.

Greenwich Point Park, often called Tod's Point, is the town's best outdoor space: a 147-acre point on Long Island Sound with beach, lawns, walking trails, picnic areas, and remnants of the old J. Kennedy Tod estate.

Access rules can be strict for non-residents, especially in beach season, so check permit requirements before making the trip. When you can get in, it is the place where Greenwich's coastal side feels clearest.
