Bob Chinn's has been a Wheeling fixture since 1982 and has been claimed at various points to be the highest-grossing single-location restaurant in the United States. The model is volume and turnover — a vast, cheerful dining room serving Alaskan king crab, Mai Tais by the gallon, and not much in the way of subtlety.
You will wait, often for a long time, especially on weekends. The food is plain but the place is an experience. Try the king crab legs (market price), the garlic rolls, and a Mai Tai.
