Squire Boone Caverns is outside Corydon, but it belongs to the same day. The cave tours show the limestone country under the wooded hills, with formations, underground passages, and the frontier-era Boone family connection layered on top.
It is the natural counterweight to Corydon's downtown history, especially if you are travelling with children or want a cooler stop in summer.
