The Regional Military Museum covers the military history of Houma and the surrounding parishes, with a strong focus on World War II and local veterans. The collection is modest but personal, and volunteer guides can add a lot when they are available.
It is a good companion to Houma's bayou museums because it shows a different side of local memory: service, family stories, and wartime objects saved close to home.
