The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History is Brewster's most useful indoor-outdoor stop. Its exhibits cover whales, birds, fish, turtles, snakes, and the wider ecology of the Cape.
The museum also has nature trails and guided field walks, which make it more than a rainy-day fallback. It is a good place to understand the marshes and bay-side landscape before heading back outside.
