The oldest part of St. Paul, now revived as the city's arts and entertainment district. Restored 19th-century warehouse buildings house artist studios, galleries, restaurants, and live music venues around the central Mears Park. The Saturday farmers' market and the Lower Landing Park on the Mississippi are nearby. A much more local feel than Minneapolis's entertainment districts.
