New York Hall of Science

The New York Hall of Science is a hands-on science museum in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park. It began as a pavilion for the 1964 World's Fair and now works especially well for families, with interactive exhibits that make science feel physical rather than abstract.

Highlights include Rocket Park, with full-size Atlas and Titan rockets, the outdoor science playground, and exhibits built around sport, motion, light, and engineering. It pairs naturally with the Queens Museum, the Unisphere, and a food stop in Flushing.
