Smorgasburg runs on the Williamsburg waterfront at Marsha P. Johnson State Park every Saturday from April to October, with around 100 food vendors selling everything from Japanese-Brazilian fusion to artisanal doughnuts. The market launched in 2011 as an offshoot of the Brooklyn Flea and has since expanded to sites across the city. The waterfront setting, with views back to the Manhattan skyline, is part of the attraction.
