Harris Beach State Park is the headline stop in Brookings-Harbor: a long beach, offshore rocks, tide pools, and views toward Bird Island just offshore. It is easy to reach but still feels properly wild when the surf is up.
Come at low tide if you want to poke around the pools, or near sunset when the rocks turn the beach into a silhouette show.
