The Link River Trail follows the short river between Upper Klamath Lake and Lake Ewauna, giving Klamath Falls its most direct in-town nature walk. It is about 1.5 miles, close to downtown, and mixes river views, rapids, birds, and bits of local water-history infrastructure.
Do not come expecting a tall waterfall. The old falls were more about the drop and force of the river than a clean plunge, and much has changed. Come instead for a quick, useful walk that explains the city's name better than any roadside sign.
