OC&E Woods Line State Trail

Long rail-trail state park beginning in Klamath Falls and running into basin country.

The OC&E Woods Line State Trail starts in Klamath Falls and follows old railroad beds east toward Bly and north toward Sycan Marsh. Oregon State Parks calls it the state's longest linear park, and the first urban section gives cyclists and walkers an easy way out of town without traffic.

You do not need to tackle the full route. A short ride or walk on the paved beginning is enough to get the flavour: old rail grade, open basin country, and a city whose best recreation often starts at its edges.
