Vitek's has been feeding Waco since 1915 and is best known for the Gut Pak: Fritos, chopped beef, sausage, beans, cheese, pickles, onions, and jalapenos piled into one proudly excessive bowl. It is not delicate food, but it is local, filling, and memorable.
