Just across the freeway from the headquarters of the world's most powerful military is a monument to consumerism. The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City hosts over 170 stores including Macy's, Nordstrom, Coach, the Apple Store, Williams-Sonoma, Banana Republic, J.Crew, and Crate & Barrel. A skylit food court and seven full-service restaurants round out the experience. Pentagon Row, the open-air extension outside, adds more dining and retail.
The Pentagon City Metro station (Blue and Yellow lines) is directly connected to the mall, making it very easy to reach from downtown DC.
